Blaine McIntosh is an accomplished outfielder who earned the 2019 Todd Helton Award as the best high school baseball player in Tennessee and was drafted out of high school by the New York Mets. He later competed with the Savannah Bananas Firefighters and is currently playing with Cosmic Baseball's Cosmic Chili Peppers. Blaine specializes in guiding athletes through the college and professional recruitment process, helping players understand how to get noticed and maximize opportunities at the next level. His training covers hitting, outfield defense, and advanced speed & agility development, preparing athletes to perform at the highest levels while building a standout profile for recruiters and coaches.

Shawn Scott — Pitching & Mental Training (Alpha Arm Training)
Shawn Scott played collegiate baseball for three years at the University of Tennessee and two years at Austin Peay State University. Competing at this level provided him with valuable insight into the demands of the game and the dedication it takes to succeed. As an instructor, his focus is on teaching proper throwing mechanics and delivery to help athletes build consistency, efficiency, and confidence both on the mound and in the field. He emphasizes a balance of technical instruction and mental preparation, giving players the tools to perform at their best, reduce their risk of injury, and approach the game with purpose and confidence.

Ryan Kincherlow — Hitting & On‑field Development
Ryan Kincherlow is an experienced baseball coach and hitting instructor with over a decade of player development success. He began his coaching career at Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) Middle School and University School of Nashville (USN) High School, later coaching at Columbia State Community College and serving as Head Coach at Antioch High School (2015–2019). From 2009–2019, he coached with Knights Baseball (TN) before founding Knights Baseball GA in 2022, where he continues to train and mentor athletes. Since 2014, Ryan has also worked as a private hitting instructor, helping players elevate their skills and approach at the plate. Notable players he has coached or trained include Kyle Wright (Vandy/Braves), Justin Wilson (Vandy/Yankees), Penn Murfee (Vandy/Mariners), Jared Dickey (Tenn/Athletics), Blake Money (LSU/CWS Champion), Kavares Tears (Tenn/CWS Champion & Padres), Carson Garner (Murray State/CWS Team), and Ethan Harden (Belmont/Auburn).
